Held at a serene retreat center near Pāhoa on Hawaii’s Big Island, this immersive 7-day retreat supports you in understanding your attachment patterns, healing core relational wounds, and cultivating lasting emotional safety. Through somatic healing, guided embodiment, trauma integration, sacred rituals, and plant ally support, you’ll gain practical tools for authentic communication, boundaries, and relational repair.
Whether single, partnered, or in transition, you’ll leave with greater emotional resilience, clarity about the love you truly want, and the ability to create stable, fulfilling relationships—all within a supportive, heart-centered community.
