Bee In the Lotus Retreat
Seven days on the Big Island, participants enter a shared, immersive field of presence, practice, and relationship.
Days are structured with guided experiences, ritual spaces, and time to integrate, rest, and be with the land.
Nights may include stillness, spaciousness, or spa depending on the rhythm of the group.
The emphasis is on attunement, integration, and depth that can be sustained — including intensity held with appropriate pacing and care.
Lucid Dawn
Lucid Dawn, ERYT500+, author, artist, yoga therapist, and teacher of teachers, lives to help others thrive. As a non-dual tantrik, trauma-informed yogi, with 30+ years of study in healing practices, she weaves the teachings of Yoga: movement, breath, meditation, & Non-Dual Tantrik philosophy with ritual & practice that acknowledge season, celestial movements, and phases of life. She incorporates sound healing, expressive arts, Internal Family Systems, and Humanistic Psychology into her work. Lucid’s studies in neuroscience, nutrition, plant medicines and essential oils, Non-Violent Communication, earth magick, energy medicine, and trauma healing also inform her teaching.
She is dedicated to embracing all beings and all aspects of being for a full celebration of life, including courageously facing death.
