RAGE RETREAT is a trauma-informed women’s retreat in Hawaii devoted to reclaiming and alchemizing sacred rage. Through somatic practices, ritual, breathwork, movement, and embodied connection, you’ll safely express suppressed emotions and transform anger into clarity, pleasure, power, and purpose. Held in a supportive community and guided by experienced facilitators, this retreat offers a space to drop “good girl” conditioning, reconnect with your body, and step fully into your truth.
