About the event

Introduction to Soma Rasa Retreat

Retreat Details

You’re invited to a rare opportunity: a five-day, in-person facilitator training with Richard Bock, who, alongside his beloved Ki Ki, will be sharing the essence of his life’s work—rooted in the transformative lineage of Jeru Kabbal.

Held in a lush, private retreat space just 15 minutes from the ocean on the Big Island of Hawai’i, this immersive training is designed to guide you into a deeper relationship with presence and the simplicity of true transformation.

Your journey begins with a one-on-one Zoom session with Richard, where you’ll experience his original modality, SomaRasa Lila. A series of group Zoom calls and Quantum Light Breath (QLB) practices will follow, creating a grounded container for the deep inner work and learning that unfolds during the residential immersion.

When: October 10-16, 2025

Where: A Private Retreat Location on Big Island near Kalapana, HI

Costs

Food and Lodging: options range from $500 – $1100

Training: Sliding scale $1100-$1650

Deposit: $150 toward a private SomaRasa session with Richard Bock

Richard requests that you complete a private session with him before acceptance into the training.

“The QLB is the most efficient process I have encountered to cleanse the soul and inspire creativity. I highly recommend it as a daily meditation.“~ Margot Anand, founder of SkyDancing Tantra

What is the Quantum Light Breath Meditation?

The Quantum Light Breath was created by the late mystic Jeru Kabbal (1930–2000), who used this method in his teachings worldwide. Through his decades of inner reflection, Jeru realized that combining Vipassana Meditation components with deep, rhythmic, and consciously connected breath could bring a person into recognizing the sense of Oneness—without needing to sit in silent meditation for hours a day. Jeru used verbal and energetic guidance with evocative music to lead people into recognizing the mind’s separate realities and encourage an experience of the mystery of authentic presence.

Richard Bock: Master of Aquatic Bodywork & Breathwork Innovation

Richard Bock is a master of Aquatic Bodywork, a Bhakti Yogi at heart, and an innovator in the field of Breathwork. He integrates live soundscapes, guided meditation, and ecstatic breath into the Quantum Light Breath experience.

His gift of deeply compassionate and exquisitely attuned presence pours through his eyes, voice, and body. This presence has the power to soften, open, and transform those he touches, cultivated and refined by over 40 years of personal inquiry.

For 23 years, while living at Harbin Hot Springs in California, Richard guided many people in coming home to themselves—finding embodiment in an ecstatic atmosphere of authenticity. Now living in Hawaii, he offers his creation SomaRasa (divine elixir of eternal life), where he journeys with you into an experience of Oneness.

Ki Ki Bock: Intuitive Presence & Energy Work

Richard and his wife, Ki Ki Bock, combine their highly intuitive, authentic presencing practices to guide participants through transformation.

KiKi worked in China as a psychology teacher and counselor, with a background in teaching Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellation therapy model. With 20 years of professional and spiritual practice, she has become a living example of deep self-awareness and energetic mastery.

Since marrying Richard, she has been immersed in the SomaRasa Lila approach. She brings her highly refined intuition into feeling and reading the energy field, offering clients a direct experience of their own hidden emotional and energetic material. Through this process, she helps transform obstacles into valuable resources, supporting the unfolding of each person’s unique humanity.
