Gathering Details

This Gathering is an invite-only offering for Current and Prospective Retreat Hosts that would like to spend a few days with us to better understand our incredible property and what we can offer to retreat guests. Our events lead will meet with each facilitator or facilitation team to better understand needs.

Fam, must be invited to buy tickets. Please apply here.

This gathering will support you to experience our event spaces, our signature services for guests, possible add-ons, and meet other facilitators in the space. We will also introduce you to several of our caterers and local service providers for you to experience.

This event is discounted heavily because of our value for investing in relationship building with potential and incoming facilitators.

Day 1: Arrival Wednesday morning Hilo or Kona

• Arrange Pickup or Rental Car

• Stop by grocery store

• Settle in

• Cacao Ceremony Opening Circle 4:00PM

• Farm to Table Dinner 5:00-6:30PM

• Ecstatic Dance or Spa Time 6:30-8:30PM

• Facilities Tour, Land-walk

• Optional Beach, Hot Spring or Waterfall Adventure (Depending On Weather)

• Morning Movement Offering

• Farm to Table Lunch with Kumu Paul (Hawaiian Teacher)

• Feedback Circle: What do you need to be successful here?

Day 4: Sunday

• Song Circle @ Sundari 9-11AM

• Ecstatic Dance @ Kalani/ Lunch Available for Purchase

• Beach Time @ Kehena

• Spa Time @ Sundari

Housing

4 Nights in a Private Shala Room

Stay in our main retreat house in a room made out of recycled shipping containers. This is a private room with a doors on both sides.

Queen or two twin bed options available.

Spa Access included
